The Diamond Bullnose Profiling Tool is a vacuum-brazed diamond profiling tool designed to create a rounded, half or full bullnose finish on the edges of Stone, Porcelain tiles, or Slabs.
It is designed for use with variable-speed hand-held grinders and polishing machines that have an M14 thread fitment. The tool operates in two halves, with each half spinning independently on separate bearings to ensure smooth operation. The top guide keeps the tool perfectly aligned with the slab, while the centre bearing maintains consistent shaping.
It is recommended to use the tool with water to prolong its lifespan. When used wet, the tool can last for approximately 100 linear metres on marble before needing a replacement, although this may vary with different types of stones.
