Shipping policy

Deliveries will be made either by Pure Clean Rental Solutions using our own transport in the local area or by 3rd party couriers.

Deliveries made by our transport :

Orders in our local delivery area made by us will be free of charge unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply.

For orders out of our local delivery area :

Orders out of our local delivery area have to be made by a 3rd party company and charges will depend on order size, order value and product quantity. 

For all deliveries :

Please ensure you order products well ahead of schedule. You are not / will not be entitled to any compensation due to lost time, labour, hire etc. We will not guarantee a delivery day or time for your order, only estimations. This is due to unforeseen circumstances like vehicle breakdowns, staff shortages, access issues, stock issues, road closures, poorly parked cars and similar issues. We will not accept any liability regarding delays with your order or delivery failure. You must arrange labour, time off work, machine hire and similar costs / arrangements to take place after receiving your delivery from us.

We generally deliver on the day we say but as mentioned we cannot guarantee this due to several reasons. We do not reserve time slots for deliveries and deliveries will be made any time of the working day to suit our running costs, fuel economy and drivers working hours. 

It is the buyers responsibility to inform us of any access issues prior to placing an order. If nobody is at the property to sign for any deliveries or we are unable to access the delivery point (through issues not reported to us prior, poor access or you turning delivery away) re-delivery charges will be applied. The re-delivery charge will vary depending on distance, order size, value and product quantity. Customers are required to be at the property for delivery to sign for products (it may be possible to leave a delivery unsigned with prior contact with us). 

Items must be checked for damages / missing items and reported to us before our driver leaves site. 

Our delivery vehicles are HGV's and weigh up to 32 tonnes fitted with hiab cranes which allow us to deliver onto your property from the roadside providing your driveway / garden is suitable to take the weight of products and there are no obstructions. By placing an order with Pure Clean Rental Solutions and receiving delivery into your property you release Pure Clean Rental Solutions from any liability for any damage. Resulting from the operating, parking, loading or unloading (including the use of any boor or detached equipment) of any Pure Clean Rental Solutions vehicle over and upon the delivery / collection location / premises. This includes but is not limited to, damage to driveways, buildings, vehicles, utilities, walkways and lawns. If access is suitable and you need us to bring our vehicle onto your property we will require you to complete an additional damage release form before delivery takes place.

3rd party delivery vehicles will vary in size and delivery method depending on order size, order value and product quantity. Smaller items will be delivered by courier this is typically in a large van upto 3.5 tonnes and hand delivered. Larger items will be delivered by courier using a HGV upto 32 tonnes in weight and delivery will be made with a pallet truck. Pallet trucks are unsuitable for use off road and any products will be delivered to the kerbside. It is down to the 3rd parties discretion if they are able to get your delivery closer to your property this depends on access and ground suitability. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot offer compensation or replacements if any issues aren't reported to us immediately.
