MOT Type 1

MOT Type 1 is a locally quarried limestone product, This is a very hard and durable material, It is graded from 40mm down to dust. Its main use is as a sub base material to create a solid foundation. When it is compacted if will form a hard stable surface with excellent load bearing properties. 

Perfect for sub-base for driveways, paths, patio areas, tarmac, gravel and more.

Available in bulk bags or Handy bags. Our standard bulk bags are filled to at least 800KG and Handy bags are filled to at least 20KG.

Delivery is made in these zones by our own vehicles. All of our vehicles have 'hiab' cranes fitted. This allows us to deliver our products where you need them with ease. We are able to deliver straight over walls & fences into your garden dependant on access. If you have limited access at your address please let us know.
