Weiss CSR is a powerful acid-based cleaner designed to remove stubborn cement, mortar and grout residue from suitable paving, masonry and brickwork.

Ideal for cleaning hardened cement stains, mortar splashes, grout residue and efflorescence, Weiss CSR is particularly useful following the installation of cementitious paving jointing mortars such as Steintec tuffgrout.

Suitable for acid-resistant stone, porcelain, clay paving, masonry and brickwork.

Best Used With

Weiss CSR is particularly useful for removing stubborn cementitious residue left following installation with Steintec tuffgrout Jointing Mortar.

It can also be used to tackle cement or mortar staining associated with other cement-based paving installation products where the paving surface is suitable for acid cleaning.

Always test a small inconspicuous area before use.

Quick Application Guide

1. Ensure the surface temperature is at least 5°C.
2. Apply Weiss CSR neat or diluted with cold water as required.
3. Agitate the affected area thoroughly using a suitable brush.
4. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.
5. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
6. Repeat if required.

For final cleaning, Steintec recommends using a pH-neutral cleaner such as Weiss Pave Clean Pro to remove any remaining acidic residue and cement dust.

Important

Weiss CSR contains acids and should only be used on suitable acid-resistant surfaces.

Use with caution on precast concrete, marble, limestone and sandstone, as the surface or jointing mortar colour may be affected.

Always test an inconspicuous area first and dilute where necessary. Maximum dilution is 1:20 with cold water.

Suitable protective clothing and PPE must be worn during use.
